It is time for masculine and feminine energy to co-exist

Arcturian Council:

Many of you have experienced a heightened level of anxiety during the last full moon (Feb. 19^{th, 2019}). This anxiety or stress was brought to the surface so it could be released. When you feel anxious you have tensions within your astral and pain body that needs to be removed. A full moon will strengthen this energy. Everyone reacts differently to the cosmic energies projected when the moon passes through the earth’s magnetic tail. This is a six-day cycle. During these days it is also good to place your crystals outside for cleansing and recharging. However, the full moon gives the most powerful energy of all.

Take your power back! 

Many of you have a tendency to let other humans influence your thoughts and who you are. Stop allowing other people to influence you and take your power back. You won’t be able to grow as long as you allow other people to control and overpower you. It will stall your progress as the spiritual being that you are. Some of you believe that these controlling people should stay in your life. This is a false sense of safety created from a place of pain. At some point, you trusted and allowed these people to lead you astray. Every day you will have the opportunity to take your power back. It is better to be alone than to be around those that stop you from growing into your full potential. You have a choice to move away from a miserable and difficult situation. The idea to choose yourself and to say no to people dominating your life can create fear and anxiety. Most dominating people will back off when you tell them to. Sometimes you have to leave, pack up your things and find a safe place. Do not tell them where you are going.

Humanity still has a long way to go before it will have a collective consciousness strong enough to part with the lower and dense frequencies and vibrations. These dense frequencies and vibrations are also cause for anxiety. Know that your body is telling you to release these energies (frequencies) when you feel anxious. This anxiety is keeping you from becoming the beautiful spiritual being of light that you were born to be. We are asking you to let this anxiety go.

When humanity as a collective takes their power back the world will also change. For a long period of time, your planet was dominated by male energy and it is now going through a transition and moving into female energy. This transition creates fear and fear creates anxiety.

To assist in this transition women all over the world need to take their power back. It is time to say no to the dominating males in your life and this includes a partner, friends, co-workers, employers, and any male that doesn’t want women to grow into their full potential. It will be a difficult transition but a much-needed one.

The balance between masculine and feminine energy part of the ascension:

There are many men who applaud and respect women for who they are. These men recognize the feminine power and energy. The Arcturian Council thanks you for your support. These men have already achieved a wonderful balance with their Yin and Yang, their masculine and feminine energy (which is in all humans). They are an example of where humanity will grow into on a collective scale. All of this is part of the ascension process. The last full moon on February 19^th has awakened a shift where the masculine and feminine energy can co-exist instead of creating a threat (fear, anxiety). Like a marriage between two lovers, these energies will merge and make the human being whole again.

A woman cannot be a goddess as long as she allows other people to have her powers. Take your power back! This is true for men as well, take your power back and become the authentic you. When you decide to do this you will encounter bullies, trolls, demons, dark forces (Archons). There are many names for people and entities that will try to stop the awakening forces. They want humanity to stay right where they are, in chaos. For humanity to ascend they need to move along with the earth’s ascension. We bring a word of comfort to not fear these dark forces. When you embrace the fact that you are a light being these anti awakening forces will leave you alone. So, take your power back. Be brave and stand your ground in the knowledge that you are a being of light who volunteered to assist humanity in this ascension. Lightworkers know thy self and fear nothing!

Listen to your spiritual guidance

Arcturian Council: When you don't listen to your intuition and guidance provided by spirit, you can go into a direction least favorable. Don't see this as a punishment. Spirit is here to help you in this journey through life. It is hard to go through life without any guidance and many don’t make it. They feel frustrated, stressed, and fall ill to disease, mentally or otherwise. We want humanity to know that by following your guidance by listening to your intuitions you will be happier. Don’t think about what other people think or say about you. Your journey is not about them. However, these people can be seen as a confirmation that you are on the right path. The more people comment (negatively) on your ideas, posts, beliefs, the more you are on the right path. Whatever is bothering them has nothing to do with you. 

All is well and all the people that are supposed to be in your life are there or will be there.

When you try to do life all by yourself and ignore the inner guidance you can end up in places that are not beneficial to your well being. We see this all the time. Of course, these experiences are never wasted. But, much of the pain and grieve that people have in their life is self-inflicted because of the refusal to listen to their inner guidance. Follow your gut. Your instincts are right.

We from the Arcturian Council represent our kind. We feel for humanity because we share the same seed. We are all related to each other because we share this seed and this is why we have your best interests at heart. We also want humanity to know that all of the turmoil that is going on in the world has to happen so that the collective consciousness can shift into the next level of perception. This “next level” is that of the soul. More people are following their intuition and guidance and we are very pleased. However, many also don’t want to follow this guidance because it is asking them to let go of the ego (the wanting and needing). Many people are still stuck in this old mindset. Humanity has made this shift into the soul perspective in great enough numbers to make a difference of a global scale. We are very excited about this.

Humanity stepped into the light

A message from the Arcturian council:

Message: Some of the Western countries that like to think of themselves as the greatest countries in the world need to know that the earth doesn’t belong to the humans nor does humanity belong to the earth. There has to be a balance between the two and this change has energetically taken place in the past decade. The last energy shift pushed humanity over the edge (midway point) and into a positive direction. We are speaking of the waves of energy.

The amount of lightworkers has increased and all are playing an important role to restore humanities frequencies and vibrations to the point where a real transformation in consciousness can take place. More and more people are waking up and this is a wonderful happening. Of course, there are those that still have to awaken and for those who have still much to learn this will take longer. However, the shift of humanity into the fifth version of this earth is taking place (Manvantara). Many of the humans that have passed away will be reborn on the new earth and this is how the shift will gradually take place.

The human being is remarkable and so is its evolution. We bring good news and want humanity to know that they will be alright. The earth will not explode as some fear nor will she burn to a crisp. There will be more peace but before this peace can be established all the “evil” needs to be removed. For now “evil” will be heightened to bring out the light. This darkness is evident in politics, religious establishments, and corporate companies that seek to control and overpower the free will thinkers. 

We are pleased to say that as a collective, humanity, has stepped into the light and this is why the upcoming shift will be a success. Most lightworkers work from home and bring peace and light to the ones around them. This can be family and or friends. For the lightworkers that have a business, it will be their clients as well. One lightworker at a time will bring humanity into the next phase of this evolution (ascension).

Nephilim - The Watchers - are the Blue Avians

You could say that the earth is a manifestation of the universe and this is why we are connected. During the evolution of the universe, much life and species were created. Soul essence, the energy of creation, gave of itself and became part of the universe and the spiritual realm. The spiritual realm is a manifestation of the all-seeing-eye (third eye). Energy moves everywhere and is all seeing. Within energy are all the keys to open portals to realms inside the physical and astral universe. The astral and physical realms are the same just seen from a different perspective. This knowledge was known to galactic and ancient civilizations. They knew that life continues after the body dies. You can see this depicted in Egyptian culture. You were once part of this culture and when you activate the all-seeing-eye you will be able to remember this and many other past lives.

Humanities ascension is a shift in consciousness. For this shift in consciousness to happen on a global scale the earth will be showered with waves of energy. These waves of energy will come (are coming) from the Pleiadian sun called "Shaya". Everything and everyone, including the cosmos, has soul essence and is therefore connected. Beings, species, entities, shapes, forms of all kinds may appear strange but the essence, the energy of creation, remains the same. Some are low in energy (density) and others are high in energy, frequency, and vibration. Humans are somewhere in the middle. We still have a need for a physical body but we are ascending into the higher frequencies. This process will take millions of years before we truly become sentient (we won't need a body) and galactic. 

There are many civilizations in our universe. One of them is known as the “Blue Avian” species. They look blue because this is how their energy appears to us. The color blue is also associated with the sky. They are also known as the “Watchers” or the “Nephilim angels”. The Blue Avians are here to help us assist with our shift in consciousness also known as the ascension. Manvantara in Hinduism gives an excellent account of the coming shifts and changes to the earth (the past, present, and future changes). It explains in detail the earth’s evolution (ascension) and that of mankind. Throughout our recorded history we see evidence of the Blue Avians in Egyptian art (Horus, Thoth were Blue Avian), The Watchers in the Bible were Blue Avian. They are associated with birds because they were messengers from heaven (ET’s or angels). In Hinduism, they are depicted as blue and in Mayan art, they are associated with a bird-like mask and feathers.

The Blue Avians communicate in several ways. They either contact you through the use of your consciousness (meditation, channeling) but they can also communicate via music. The being who communicates via music is also known as "Music Sam". Sam is not the only one of his kind communicating with humanity. Several others are on and around earth watching over humanity as we speak. 

Who is Sam? He explained more about himself through this following channeling:

Me: Is Sam your real name?

Sam: My name is more complicated but it is Sam for short.

Me: Would you mind telling me your full name?

Sam: Samoa Astropice Metratopholice

Me: Metratopholice as in Metraton?

Sam: No. Metraton is linked to a different species that you came to know as the Anunnaki.

Me: Is it true that the Blue Avians work together with the Pleiadians?

Sam: Yes, we both work with high frequencies and reside in dimensions that are ahead in terms of evolution. Both our species have already gone through the coming steps of ascension for humankind. This is why we help humanity, we are all one.

After Sam revealed his full name I analyzed it and found the following:

Sam’s full name: Samoa astropice metratopholice

Samoa = people of the deep, navigator islands

Sam = name of God or God has heard

Astro-pice

Astro = relating to the stars, celestial objects, or outer space

Pice = a division of birds

Metratopholice

Metra = the womb

All the knowledge we need to understand our evolution and where we are heading as a civilization is already recorded. It's up to us to connect with our guides, entities, and galactic brother's and sister's to find out who we are. We are all one and divinely guided. 

Leaving the "Old Earth" behind

I don’t experience many lucid dreams but there was a short window of time where I had a conscious conversation with Sam about the ascension and the New Earth. The last time I spoke with him he revealed himself as Blue Avian. When I first heard of him I found an entire FB group (Angels Ascending – Founded by Nathan Sanders) dedicated to Sam. In this group, you can talk with others about your own experiences. Sam communicates with people through music and everyone can use this technique. However, you do have to pay close attention to your intuition and work your way through the lyrics to find out what he is saying. These sessions are fun and time-consuming. I was also able to connect with Sam through my meditations and much additional information came through but, more on that at a later time.

The answers to your questions are found in the lyric, album title, artist’s name/band, title of the song, and sometimes album art. It’s very intuitive and you should only use the information that stands out to you. I’ve used Pandora’s playlists and push the shuffle option after stating my question. This is the same principle used in Tarot. The intent of your question as you shuffle the deck will result by the answers given in the cards. Instead of using a Tarot deck you are using music. Avoid playlists that hold “aggressive” music with cuss words because this type of lyric is dense in energy and vibration. You could easily misunderstand the message and “freak” out. Let go of all fear and judgment when you decide to give it a try. You may need to practice a few times to get a feel for it.

Sam’s message:

Sam is here to help us during the ascension. He is here to remind you of this process in case you didn’t know. Write it down so that people can read about it and be prepared. There’s a bad moon arising. Trouble is on the way. It looks like we’re in for nasty weather; earthquakes and lightning, hurricanes, overflowing rivers and ruin. A lone-star belt will buckle (collision of two galaxies can create a lone star outside of its field) and after each night begins a new day (Reference to the moon). Slow change pulls us apart (earth ascending, leaving the old earth behind) when the light (soul consciousness) moves into your heart. Don’t close your eyes (share what you see, experience to bring awareness). The wheels turn slow (the ascension will happen in a moment, quick). She swears the moon don’t hang quite as high. At last, fifty years from now (New earth happening 2069).

As I said, these messages are very intuitive and an exact date is always hard to predict. Spirit doesn't live on a time scale as we do. So earth's ascension could happen 50 years from, it could also happen today or a million years from now. No one really knows. More research was needed to clear up a few of Sam's statements. "A bad moon arising" and "Lone-star belt", and I found the following.

A bad moon arising:
I asked myself what impact our moon can have on the earth? And stumbled upon a few interesting sites, one of them Nasa official page. In this article, "Earth's magnetic field does strange things to the moon" it's explained how the moon reacts after it goes through the earth's magnetic tail. If the earth's magnetic tail can do strange things to the moon than the moon could return the favor.
in the article, "The moon may play a major role in maintaining Earth's magnetic field" it said the following.

"Since neither the Earth's rotation around its axis, nor the direction of its axis, nor the Moon's orbit are perfectly regular, their combined effect on motion in the core is unstable and can cause fluctuations in the geodynamo. This process could account for certain heat pulses in the outer core and at its boundary with the Earth's mantle.

Over the course of time, this may have led to peaks in deep mantle melting and possibly to major volcanic events at the Earth's surface. This new model shows that the Moon's effect on the Earth goes well beyond merely causing tides."

A lone-star belt will buckle:
According to an article in Cosmos Magazine, half of the stars in the universe lay outside of their galaxy. They can be knocked free when two galaxies collide. These stars are called lonesome stars (lone-stars). The reference to Sam's messages "Slow change pulls us apart" may signify Earth's ascension.

I'm not sure what to think but this does make sense to me. I'll leave it up to you to make up your own mind.
